6th ICC Peruvian Arbitration Day

Nuestra Socia Senior participó en el 6th ICC Peruvian Day. Organizado por el ICC Peru e ICC Dispute Resolution Services: Temas relevantes que destacaron, entre otros, fueron lo relacionado a la imparcialidad, la independencia y no conflictos de interés, cómo el centro de la integridad del Procedimiento arbitral.

Asimismo, se tuvo en cuenta a las 4 Funciones esenciales de las Cláusulas Arbitrales según Eisemann, en un relevante Panel sobre Cláusulas Escalonadas y Patológicas. Finalmente, no debemos perder de vista que las cláusulas arbitrales deben tener una redacción simple y rigurosa.
