We are pleased to share our Regulatory Alert – Insight 8, regarding Board of Directors Resolution No. 0016-2026-CD-OSITRAN, through which the proposed amendment to the regulation governing OSITRAN’s regulatory contribution has been published (this Saturday, April 18). Interested parties are granted a period of fifteen (15) business days, counted as from Monday, April 20, to submit their comments.
In essence, the regulation is updated to align with the tax provisions enacted since its last amendment, thereby enhancing transparency and legal certainty for regulated entities. Additionally, it incorporates the new graduated sanctions regime.
