By means of Resolution No. 000133-2026-CD/OSIPTEL (Official Gazette, October 19, 2026), OSIPTEL, Peru’s telecommunications regulator, has approved “Extraordinary and Temporary Measures to Facilitate the Provision of and Access to Public Telecommunications Services for Subscribers and Users Affected by the 2026–2027 El Niño Phenomenon.”
