By means of Resolution No. 0052-2026-CD-OSITRAN, published in the Official Gazette on October 11, 2026, OSITRAN has amended the following regulations:
(i)Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 009-2018-CD-OSITRAN, which approved OSITRAN’s Regulations on Incentives, Violations, and Sanctions (Reglamento de Incentivos, Infracciones y Sanciones – RIIS). These regulations govern the framework of incentives, violations, and sanctions applicable to service providers (entidades prestadoras) subject to OSITRAN’s jurisdiction, as well as the corresponding administrative sanctioning proceedings; and
(ii) Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 050-2016-CD-OSITRAN, which approved the Directive on the Imposition, Challenge, and Collection of Penalties under Concession Agreements within OSITRAN’s jurisdiction.
The amendments have been exempted from the prior publication stage.
