On June 4, 2026, the Peruvian Official Gazette published Ministerial Resolution No. 303-2026-MTC/01.03, issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications (#MTC), through which a draft Supreme Decree has been released for public consultation. The proposed regulation would amend Supreme Decree No. 003-2015-MTC, which approves the Regulations of Law No. 29022, the Law for Strengthening the Expansion of Telecommunications Infrastructure.
This proposal represents a positive regulatory development for the reasons discussed in our technical analysis, as it is aligned with efforts to facilitate antenna deployment and thereby expand access to #Internet services and #5G networks.
