Pursuant to Ministerial Resolution No. 315-2026-MTC/01.02 (published on June 9, 2026), the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC) has ordered the publication of the draft Supreme Decree that would approve a new Regulation on Citizen Participation in Environmental Matters for the Transport Sector. A fifteen (15) calendar-day period has been granted for the submission of comments and suggestions.
